Fliss Murtagh is a Consultant in Palliative Medicine at King’s College Hospital and Clinical Senior Lecturer in Palliative Care at King’s College London. Her work has focused on improving quality of care for patients with Stage 5 Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) managed without dialysis, and includes key publications on symptoms in ESRD, withdrawal from dialysis, survival in conservatively-managed Stage 5 CKD, and the renal Liverpool Care Pathway.
