Registration fee includes:

Our official housing agent for the 14th EuroPD meeting is Cankarjerv dom (Congress Centre). Click here to check availability and book. If you are intending to extend your stay after the congress closes on Sunday 5th May, please note that accommodation will be limited on Monday 6th May.

Payment is required by credit card at the time of booking.
An administration fee of €50 will be made on all cancellations. Unfortunately, no refunds will be made after 18th March. All cancellations must be sent by email to email@example.com and you should ensure that you receive acknowledgement.

Visit the Embassy of Slovenia website for the most current visa information. Slovenia is party to the Schengen Agreement. This means that U.S. citizens may enter Slovenia for up to 90 days for tourist or business purposes without a visa. Your passport must not be older than 10 years, should be valid for at least three months beyond the period of stay and must contain at least two blank pages.
Please note, if the UK leaves the European Union with no deal, the passport validity rules for travel to most countries in Europe will change from 29 March 2019.
