Terms & Conditions of Registration
Before you proceed with your registration, please read the following terms and conditions carefully:
Individual Registrations can only be made on-line and payment is required at the time of booking.
Group Registrations – Anyone wishing to book more than 5 delegates can be made via the conference organisers please get in touch by email. Confirmation and our letters of invitation for Visa purposes can only be sent when payment has reached our bank account.
Notification of cancellations should be made by email to europd@in-conference.org.uk whereupon the organisers will send an acknowledgement of your cancellation. An administration fee of £35 will be deducted from your refund. Substitutions can be made at any time.
It is with regret that no refunds can be issued after 1st September.
