Dr Andrew Davenport

Andrew Davenport is a Consultant Nephrologist/honorary reader at the Royal Free Hospital.

Dr Davenport graduated in medicine at the University of Cambridge with further studies at King’s College Hospital. Prior to moving to London, he held posts in Liverpool, Leeds, Bristol, and Cardiff. His current research interests are in the clinical management of patients with AKI and those with combined liver and kidney failure, and dry weight in chronic dialysis patients.

He is a member of the ADQI group, Secretary of the International Society of Hemodialysis, and Vice President  of the International Society of Blood Purification.
