Business Centre
This is located on the ground floor and will be open during normal business hours (09.00-17.00). Please note that there will be a charge for services used.
Certificate of Attendance
These will be available on the last day of the conference from the Registration Desks.

Friday 21st October 19.15-20.30

Meeting Etiquette
Please be advised that no photographs of any posters or presentations are allowed without the consent of the author/presenter. Delegates should also obtain consent from presenters before citing any work presented at the meeting.
Meeting Blogging Policy
EuroPD encourages scientists to speak about new and unpublished data. However, please remember that there will be editors and journalists attending, as well a scientists who might be contributing to blogs and it is not easy to make a meeting of this size completely private. We therefore ask that that you seek the consent of the author before reporting on any specific details of work presented.
Security
For security reasons, access to the conference will only be available to delegates/exhibitors wearing their official EuroPD name badges.
Luggage/coats can be left in the ground floor cloakroom which will be staffed during normal conference hours.
Speaker Preview Room
This is located on level 1. All presenters are required to check in their presentation a minimum of 4 hours prior to their talk. The opening hours are:
Friday 21st October 10.00-18.00
Saturday 22nd October 07.00-17.30
Sunday 23rd October 07.00-17.30
Monday 24th October 07.00-12.45
Tea/Coffeeand Lunch Arrangements
Catering stations will be located in the Exhibition Hall (Hall 3).
if you notified the organisers of a special dietary requirements, there will be a note of this on the reverse of your delegate badge. Please show this to the catering staff who will bring you your -pre-ordered food.
FAQs
When will I be able to register for the conference?
I have registered online but not yet received my confirmation.
When will I able to submit an abstract for the conference?
All primary authors will be advised if their abstract has been accepted by Friday 1st July 2011
Are day rates or travel bursaries available?
You can also apply for a travel bursary if you are selected to present an oral or poster presentation, You can register your interest in this when you submit your abstract.
